Privacy Policy
This policy covers the sivants.com website, Google sign-in for Sivants accounts, and the local Sivants Search Console Reader, including reporting, optional sitemap submission, and use by authorized agents. The website itself has no accounts, forms, analytics, or cookies. Other Sivants products have their own privacy policies, listed on our legal page.
1. Who we are
Sivants LLC ("Sivants," "we," "us") is an independent software studio based in Orlando, Florida. We run this website, sivants.com, to introduce the studio and our products.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to your visit to sivants.com, Google sign-in handled by the Sivants account service at api.sivants.com, and the local Sivants Search Console Reader described below. For activity within other Sivants products, that product's own privacy policy also applies:
For any product not listed, see the privacy policy inside that app or on its website.
3. Information collected when you visit
We don't ask you for any personal information on this website. There is no sign-up, contact form, newsletter, or analytics tracking.
Like any website, some technical information is processed automatically so the page can load:
- Hosting logs. The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers receive standard request information such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you requested. Vercel uses this to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts and code libraries. The page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts and its 3D graphics library from the jsDelivr network. Your browser connects to those services directly, so they receive your IP address and browser information when the files download.
These providers handle that information under their own privacy policies. We don't receive it in a form that identifies you, and we don't combine it with anything else.
4. Google sign-in for Sivants accounts
When you choose Google sign-in in a product that uses Sivants accounts, such as Orbit, we request basic email and profile access. Our sign-in service reads your Google account identifier, email address, and whether Google has verified that address. We use this information to find or create your Sivants account, link later sign-ins to the same account, and confirm that the email address is verified. This account sign-in service does not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or Search Console reports. The separate Search Console Reader requests its own reporting or optional sitemap-submission permission as described below.
We store the Google account identifier and email address in our account database so the sign-in service can recognize you. Google access and refresh tokens are not stored in that database. Our service providers process these account records to host and operate the service; we do not sell the Google sign-in information. For details about information you provide while using a product, see that product's privacy policy above.
5. Search Console Reader and authorized agents
Purpose and reporting access. Sivants Search Console Reader is a local Windows utility for authorized account holders. Reporting commands use Google's webmasters.readonly permission to list accessible properties, retrieve search performance reports and sitemap information, and inspect the indexed status of individual URLs. Report data can include property names and permission levels, queries, pages, clicks, impressions, countries, and devices. We use this data to provide the reports and checks you request. The reader does not request Gmail, Drive, or contacts access.
Optional sitemap submission. If you separately authorize write access, the reader requests Google's broader webmasters permission and stores that grant separately from the reporting credentials. Google does not offer a permission limited to sitemap submission; this scope can authorize broader Search Console changes, although the reader exposes only a submit-sitemap write command. That command sends the property identifier and sitemap URL you select to Google and requires the sitemap to belong to the selected property. The tool does not expose sitemap deletion, property changes, user management, or individual indexing requests. Submitting a sitemap does not guarantee crawling or indexing.
Local storage and Google requests. OAuth client credentials and access and refresh tokens are stored in Windows Credential Manager for the current Windows account. Authorization and API requests go directly to Google over HTTPS; a temporary local callback receives Google's authorization response on your computer. The reader does not upload credentials or reports to a Sivants reporting server and does not maintain a report database. The downloaded OAuth client file remains where you saved it unless you remove it.
Agent use and sharing. Coding assistants and bots that you authorize to run commands under the same Windows account can invoke the reader, receive its report output, and submit sitemaps if you enabled the separate write grant. The tool itself does not send credentials to a model provider. If you direct an assistant or bot to analyze reports, that program may send the report data to its configured AI provider and retain it in logs or conversation history. Use only agents and providers you authorize; their privacy and retention settings also apply. A bot on another computer or in the cloud does not receive access automatically.
Limited use. The reader does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Configure any calling agents and providers to respect those restrictions.
Retention and removal. Credentials remain locally until removed or replaced. Run the reader's disconnect command to remove both its stored reporting and optional write authorization tokens, and revoke the app's grant through Google Account connections to remove Google's authorization. The local client configuration remains available for reauthorization. Submitted sitemap URLs remain in Search Console until removed there. Remove saved reports and agent history through the programs that stored them. Contact [email protected] with questions about this reader.
6. Cookies and local storage
sivants.com does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser's local storage. The interactive 3D view runs entirely in your browser.
7. When you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply and to help with your request. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your message.
8. Links to our products and other sites
This site links to our product websites and to other services. Once you follow a link, the privacy policy of that site applies.
9. Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Your choices and rights
The marketing website usually has no personal information for us to access or delete. To ask about your Sivants sign-in information, request account-data deletion, or ask us to delete an email you sent, contact [email protected]. Requests about information within a specific product are best sent through that product's support channel.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how the website, Sivants sign-in, or Search Console Reader handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
