Sunpath does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. The app operates entirely on your local network, communicating only with your SunPower PVS6 gateway at your home IP address and a local server running on your own machine (localhost:3457).
All solar production data, readings, and history are stored locally on your device using SQLite. Optionally, data may be synced to a Neon PostgreSQL database that you configure and control. Sivants LLC has no access to your solar data, your gateway, or your database.
Sunpath fetches weather conditions from Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) using your approximate geographic coordinates (hardcoded at setup to your home location). This request does not include any personal identifiers. Open-Meteo's privacy policy applies to this request.
Sunpath contains no analytics, crash reporting, advertising SDKs, or tracking of any kind. No data about your usage of the app is sent anywhere.
Sunpath does not require an account, login, or registration. No email address or personal information is ever requested.
Sunpath is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from children.
If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date above will be updated.
